Achieved by treating the crows feet area and the frown lines (glabella) between the eyes. In reducing these depressors, it allows the only elevator of the brow to predominate, causing subtle reduction on upper eye lid hooding.
Achieved by treating the depressor muscles in the lower part of the face and around the mouth. This leads to prominence of elevation from the Zygomaticus muscles that define the cheek bones. This is a subtle look. Clients are warned that initially injections around the mouth may feel strange for a few days
Many people suffer with excessive jaw clenching. This may be due to a side of effect of medication e.g. antidepressants, or down to anxiety. If you wake with pain from your jaw on both sides and excessive wear to your molar teeth then first see your dentist. They may suggest mouth guards. If that fails or your dentist advises a trial of Botox treatment then come and discuss with me,
Hyperhidrosis aka excessive perspiration. It involves 10 -15 injections per side and the effects last between 4-9 months. Success is defined in the literature as a reduction of perspiration by 50%. This is suitable for individuals where they are having to change outfits during the day due to this perspiration. I ask clients to check that they aren't any medication that has side effects that include hyperhidrosis and the main warning is that some clients will develop reflex hyperhidrosis somewhere else e.g. the palms.
This involves injecting the bands of skin along the neck with several injections. These lines are within the muscle called platysma. It can be expensive as may require many doses (3 per band). However it can help refine the neck and jawline.
very straight forward treatment. Crows feet requires 3 injections per side and the frown lines just five in total
Cannot be treated alone. The frontalis muscle, responsible for forehead lines is the only elevator of the eye brows, therefore treatment of the forehead must be accompanied by injections into the glabella (frown lines) and the muscle around the eyes responsible for crows feet (Orbicularis)
